At times higher than predicted sales online or in our physical store will cause some items to be temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we’ll always try to give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates or offer alternative options. We have made our best effort to fairly represent our products online. Please be aware that photos at times do not capture the true colors of some products. Additionally, photos appearance may vary between computer monitors. Whenever possible, we will attempt to include all items ordered in one shipment with one invoice. Due to inventory and packaging requirements orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages.
We ship all orders as soon as possible and aim to ship within 1-3 business days. Average delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on the destination. Please note some handcrafted, personalized and customized items require additional time, which we have made every effort to note in those product descriptions. If you require a product by a certain date, please note that requirement in the special instructions box when checking out or contact us directly to obtain additional delivery information. Our goal is to offer products you and your companion animals truly enjoy. If you are dissatisfied with a product you ordered, you can exchange it, replace it or return it for a refund within 30 days of the sale. Please note that customized, personalized or perishable items cannot be returned.
Send returns and exchanges to us via insured mail, FedEx, UPS ground or any other traceable method. Please contact us prior to returning an item so we know to expect it. Include the sales ticket number and reason for the return with the item(s). Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and original shipping charges are not refundable. If you wish to exchange for a different size, we will be happy to complimentary ship the new size to you.
