We ask that you provide a phone number and email in the event we have any questions or order updates. Our best effort is made to maintain sufficient inventory for products offered on our website, as we ship from our storefront. At times higher than predicted sales online or in our physical store will cause some items to be temporarily out of stock. Additionally, some handmade items like the hand-painted holiday balls, pet portraits and hand-painted mugs take longer to create if our store is out of stock. If an item is out of stock for several weeks, we attempt to provide you with the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates or offer alternative options. Please make us aware of any date requirements you have in the comment section when checking out. 

Our best efforts have been made to fairly represent our products online. Please be aware that photos at times do not capture the true colors of some products. Additionally, photos appearance may vary between computer monitors. Whenever possible, we will attempt to include all items ordered in one shipment with invoice. Due to inventory and packaging requirements orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages.

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders as soon as possible and aim to ship within 1-3 business days. Average delivery time is 3-10 business days depending on the destination. Please note some handcrafted, personalized and customized items require additional time, which we have made every effort to note in those product descriptions. If you require a product by a certain date, please note that requirement in the special instructions/comments box when checking out or contact us directly to obtain additional delivery options and information. Please contact us by phone or email to obtain quotes on other shipping options including express delivery. We normally ship via UPS or USPS. Our shipping and handling rates are shown below. In some cases, an item will require an additional handling fee, which will be noted during the purchasing process before you finalize your sale. Shipping & Handling Rates for online purchases:

Up to $25 = $8.50

$25.01 - $50 = $9.95

$50.01 - $100 = $11.95

$100.01 - $125 = $12.95

$125+ = Complimentary within U.S.

Return Policy

Our goal is to offer products you and your companion animals truly enjoy. If you are dissatisfied with a product you ordered, you can exchange it, replace it or return it for a refund within 30 days of the sale. Product must be in brand new condition. Please note that customized, personalized or perishable items cannot be returned.

Send returns and exchanges to us via insured mail, FedEx, UPS ground or any other traceable method. Please contact us prior to returning an item so we know to expect it. Include the sales ticket number and reason for the return with the item(s). Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and original shipping charges are not refundable. If you wish to exchange for a different size, we will be happy to send new size with complimentary shipping to you.

We strive to provide the best humanly possible service, but errors do occur every so often. Please accept our apologies if this is the case and know we will make every effort to correct the error as best as humanly possible.

We take all precautions to protect your privacy and payment information. Our site is super secure to process your order. Information collected is for the sole purpose of processing your order. We do not sell, rent, give or trade your personal information to other companies, organizations or individuals.  If you opt to receive our email newsletter, you will stay in the loop with email exclusive specials and details on our featured and new products. Normally our VIP emails are sent our on a weekly basis. You may choose to unsubscribe from our email newsletter at any time by opting-out at the bottom of our email newsletters. You will not receive future correspondence.
