Chipper birds are set on a light blue background on these red Cardinal cat collars. Collars feature breakaway buckles that release when tugged in an emergency to insure safety. A brass ring is available if you wish to add a bell (the Cardinals would appreciate the warning!) or ID tag. These bird cat collars are made in America and may be cold washed in the machine.
