We make our best effort to maintain sufficient inventory for products listed on our website.
At times higher than predicted sales online or in our physical store will cause some items to be temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we’ll always try to give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.
We have made our best effort to fairly represent our products online. Please be aware that photos at times do not capture the true colors of some products. Additionally, photos appearance can vary between computer monitors.
Whenever possible, we will attempt to include all items ordered in one shipment with one invoice. Due to inventory and packaging requirements orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages.
Shipping Policy
We ship all orders as soon as possible and aim to ship within 2-3 business days. Average delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on the destination. Please note some handcrafted, personalized and customized items do require additional time, which we have made every effort to note in those product descriptions.
If you require a product by a certain date, please note that requirement in the special instructions box when checking out or contact us directly to obtain additional delivery information. Please contact us by phone, fax (410.263.8736) or email to obtain quotes on other shipping options including express delivery and international deliveries.
We ship via UPS or USPS. Please provide a street address (UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes) and indicate if it is a business or residential address.

Return Policy
We want you to enjoy and be satisfied with every Paws pet boutique purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a product you ordered, you can exchange it, replace it or return it for a refund within 30 days of the sale. Please note that customized, personalized or perishable items cannot be returned.
Send returns and exchanges to us via insured mail, UPS ground or any other traceable method. Please contact us prior to returning an item so we know to expect it. Include the sales ticket number and reason for the return with the item(s). Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and original shipping charges are not refundable.
We strive to provide the best humanly possible service, but errors do occur every so often. Please accept our apologies if this is the case and know we will make every effort to correct the error as best as humanly possible.
Privacy Policy
Information collected is for the sole purpose of processing your order. We do not sell, rent, give or trade your personal information to other companies, organizations or individuals. Customers making purchases on our website will be added to our event/special promotion email list. Emails are sent periodically (normally 1 or 2 times per month). You may choose to be removed from our mailing list at any time. Please email your request to earsup@pawspetboutique.com or simply indicate in the commments box at checkout that you are not interested in receiving special promotions via email.
